The Employment Tools Section is divided into four sections based on the Working Well Together Assessment Tool that is available for counties to assess their readiness to recruit, hire, train and retain consumer and family member employees.

The sections are Planning and Preparing for Consumer and Family Member Employment, Recruiting and Hiring Consumers and Family Members for the Mental Health Workforce, Training the Mental Health Workforce and Retention of Consumers and Family Members in the Mental Health Workforce.

Each section contains links to documents, websites, and other media that can be used to help counties build their resources around Consumer and Family Member Employment. Individual Technical Assistance is also available to Counties by contacting the appropriate Technical Assistance Coordinator.
